IronStone is built on a simple belief: strong relationships are the foundation of well-cared-for homes and great property management.

My family and I now live in Ouray, a place that quickly felt like home. What brought us here felt less like chance and more like providence, a blessing we did not take lightly. From the beginning, we knew this was where we were meant to put down roots and build something lasting in Southwest Colorado.

My background spans college athletics, advertising technology, and real estate. While those paths may seem different, the common thread has always been the same. Strong, honest relationships matter. In every role I have held, long-term success has been rooted in trust, accountability, and working well with others.

That belief shapes how I approach property management in Ouray and the surrounding areas. From maintenance and cleaning to short- and long-term rental management and second-home care, I see every role as part of the same team. Owners, guests, tenants, and service partners all play an important part, and when everyone is aligned, homes are better cared for and experiences are stronger.
