A Cause Close to Home

At IronStone, giving back is personal. We donate 5% of our proceeds to organizations supporting neuroendocrine cancer awareness and research, including Neuroendocrine Tumor Research Foundation (NETRF) and Good Scan Cans.

Our brother-in-law, Jake, has been fighting neuroendocrine cancer since 2021. With his wife, Taylor, he co-founded Good Scan Cans to celebrate “small victories,” raise awareness, and support patients and caregivers. The nonprofit shares personal stories, hosts events like the “Fight for Your Stripes” fundraiser, and partners with research and medical organizations to advance understanding and survivorship.

Neuroendocrine cancer is often called a silent cancer. Symptoms are vague and easily misdiagnosed, meaning many patients face years of uncertainty before getting the right diagnosis. By supporting Good Scan Cans and NETRF, we help fund research, build community, and give families hope.

Every IronStone service helps push this mission forward, standing with those navigating this disease and working toward a future where it is recognized sooner and treated more effectively.
